Dr. Shimamoto, Dr. Hill, and Dr. Wong are all accepting new patients.
Generally it should take no more than 3 weeks to be seen as a new patient. If you feel you need to be seen more urgently, your doctor can contact the office to speak with one of our staff to expedite your appointment. You can also request to be added to our wait list in case an appointment opens up sooner than your scheduled appointment.

We do make every attempt to accommodate your busy schedule. We understand that you may need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. If you do need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before hand so that we can accommodate other patients. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment are subject to a late fee per our no-show policy.
